5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee email deliverability, open rates, or that recipients' clients will load images. You are responsible for testing in your email program.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dojo Mails and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
